Despite these unexpected surprises, we managed to enter the store the first time as planned. The counter has 7 seats along the kitchen. There are seats on the second floor, but the combined capacity seems to be around 20 people.
Orders were picked up while they were in line, so as soon as you get to your seat, more and more trays will be served in the order you are ready. Unlike the line before entering the store, there was almost no waiting time after entering the store and it was comfortable.

Of course, the rice is also special, but in any case, it is definitely cooked so that it is not easy to taste anywhere else.
Next, ankake oyakodon. When the thickened bean paste is rolled up and carried to the mouth, an intensely cut-off flavor penetrates from the mouth to the nose. Still, it has a clear taste without any unpleasant tastes.
Serve the empty bowl with white rice and ankake oyakodon. The bonito soup from the bean paste and the refreshing aroma of the three leaves come together from mouth to nose … plus the elasticity and sweetness of the rice that stood firmly one by one. I feel that so many people can understand why they wait in line for a long time.
However, it cannot be denied that the taste and texture of chicken and eggs are less than the presence of bean paste. It would be more appropriate to think of it as oyakodon-style ankake rice rather than oyakodon.
Instead of rice, leave about half the sauce. From the second cup, you will be able to enjoy the stomach sticking to the kettle, so if you are a savage lover, start allocating your stomach from the morning in anticipation.
